Project manager of the Accenture team (30 people) of the Intranet project of Vodafone Global. The project centralized in Dusseldorf designs and implements an Enterprise Portal centrally managed and will integrate 15 operative companies participated by Vodafone around the world.


From 2001 to 2002 July

Senior Manager at Accenture

Role: Alliance Director for Italy of the strategic alliance with Microsoft, HP/Compaq and Unisys, ICT strategist and Business Alliance Development activities.

Objectives: Business development, alliance organization and reporting, event organization and marketing support. 


From 1999 to 2001

Participate in project of Internet services and editorial portals propositions, Enterprise intranet and Internet portals and development of business cases for new Internet business mainly in the Government area. (Agricultural community portal, City portals and tax services to citizen)


From 1997 to 1999

Participate in the roll out of full accounting processes and systems at New Holland Italy and Fiat Auto Brazil (Fiasa) integrated with the shared service center of Fiat Group (Gesco).

Responsible for the Andersen Consulting ERP software support group in Italy (up to 20 people); development and support to clients, license and maintenance contract management people management. 


From 1995 to 1996

Responsible for Belgium re-engineering and development projects within the Outsourcing Deal of the Accounting and Reporting Services for New Holland Europe.


From 1994 to 1995

Project Mgr responsible for the re-engineering of the financial procedures and the implementation of the new accounting system in the Nigerian subsidiary of AGIP S.p.a. (work sites: Agip S. Donato - Milan / Lagos and Port Harcourt - Nigeria)


From 1989 to 1993

Engaged in Corifin (Andersen Software division) that was an Italian company 100% Andersen Consulting Propriety

Role: Business Analyst and Project Leaderin re-engineering and system integration projects in several medium/small size companies, mainly in the accounting and reporting departments. ProductMgr. and mkt developerof a enterprise treasury package of Andersen Consulting (Cash Manager).
